Product Return & Refund Policy


  • Product once purchased only can be return in below conditions.
  • If product found in conditions include receiving damaged or defective items, receiving the wrong product, or changing one's mind within a 30 days from the date of purchased.
  • If product found in expired date, Customer can inform to company through company registered email id (support@gwsworldwide.com) or customer can call/Whatsapp on (+91 8850251200) Customer care number during the working hours.
  • Company will pick up product from customer house and process refund in customers account through convenient mode of payment.
  • Both side shipping charges will be deducted from customer payment.

Product Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charge will be added in shopping cart according to delivery location and services (Ex. By Air, By Surface) both service charge will be different
  • POD(proof of delivery) will be sent through whatsapp Number. Customer can track himself or can contact customer care to track parcel.
  • Company will delivered product on next working day.
  • Some time if product is not available, company can delayed or cancel order and refund full payment on customers convenient receiving mode of payment and sent the proof of payment receipts.
  • Customer are requested orders of minimum required products quantity.
